In conjunction with my goals, I have a list of accomplishments that I think are a step in the right direction for achieving those goals. The list is again, hopefully, non-exhaustive!
- I am pursuing higher education! Currently, I am working towards a MS degree while working with a professor at Cal Poly, SLO, to develop a DSM system that minimizes variable contention between parallel processes.
- I blog about fun code snippets or challenges I’ve faced in the past, usually those related to my field of study. I maintain, upgrade and contribute to this blog as often as I can. I would give you the address, but you’re here.
- I am working to build a new programming language, at a very slow pace, which is available here.
- I slowly am transitioning my family and friends (who don’t already use free software) to use free software! I have introduced the Linux kernel to two of my brothers, who are now faithful users of Ubuntu. I am also slowly helping a small business transition from proprietary software that is costing them a fortune to free, reliable and maintained free software.
- I will harass you if you don’t sign your email.
